How to cancel Sales Navigator accounts (step-by-step)
If you’ve decided that Sales Navigator isn’t worth the price anymore, canceling your plan is very easy.
The process is exactly the same for Sales Navigator Core and Sales Navigator Advanced.
Here’s how to do it step by step:
Step 1 - Open your LinkedIn account
Click your profile picture in the top right, then select “Settings & Privacy”.

Step 2 - Go to your subscription settings
Inside “Account preferences”, click “Subscriptions & payments”, then select “Manage Premium account”.

Step 3 - Open the cancellation options
You will see different actions like switching your plan or managing your billing. Click “Cancel subscription”.

How to cancel multiple licenses with Sales Navigator Advanced accounts
If you’re the only user on the account, managing or deleting your license is very easy.
But if you have multiple seats, you may need to remove one user, free a license, or reduce the total number of seats.
If you’re an admin who purchased Sales Navigator online, here’s what to do:
Open Sales Navigator
Sign in, click “Admin” in the top navigation, then go to “Admin Settings”.
From there, select “Manage Your Account”.Remove or adjust licenses
Under “Purchases”, click “Sales Navigator”, then choose “Return Purchases”.Choose how many seats to remove
A pop-up will appear. Enter the number of licenses you want to return.
The change is applied instantly, and LinkedIn will issue a prorated refund.
If your account was purchased through a LinkedIn account executive, you’ll need to contact your sales rep directly for any license changes.
