GiveMeLeads does not directly collect or store your full credit card information. We receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as your billing details, the last four digits of your credit card, and the card’s expiration date, solely for billing, accounting, and account management purposes.
Communications: When you contact us directly, including for customer support or inquiries (for example, via email), we receive your name, email address, the content of your message, and any attachments or additional information you choose to provide.
Information you generate using our Service
This category relates to information that users compile or process about their own business prospects and is referred to in this Privacy Policy as Prospect Data.
Prospect Lists: The Service enables you to create and manage lists of business prospects. This may include information such as names, job titles, company names, and professional email addresses of third-party individuals, as entered, uploaded, or generated by you within the Service.
Notice regarding your role and responsibilities
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), when you use the Service to collect, upload, or otherwise process Prospect Data, you act as the Data Controller of that information. In this context, GiveMeLeads acts as a Data Processor, processing Prospect Data solely on your behalf, in accordance with your instructions, this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

Residual copies of data may remain temporarily in our encrypted backups or disaster recovery systems, but such data will be securely stored, access-restricted, and automatically deleted in accordance with our backup retention schedules. Backups are not used for any purpose other than system recovery.
Once deletion is complete, the data can no longer be accessed or processed through the Service.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect User Data and Prospect Data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers only.
While we take reasonable steps to secure your information, no system can guarantee absolute security.
